The Institute of Dispute Resolution was founded in 2012. Previously known as Jon Graham Consulting Pty Ltd, we have been offering mediation for over 16 years.
We draw upon a pool of experienced practitioners who come from a range of professional disciplines including law, business, HR, commerce, government and social work. We work as a team on each case, generally placing two mediators working together with a gender balance.
The ISDR team of mediators are skilled in both workplace and family conflict. The team is led by Jon Graham, a mediator since 1994, a clinical supervisor in mediation and family dispute resolution, a lawyer, and a trainer in mediation and family dispute resolution, and a clinical expert in the resolution of conflicts in highly complex cases.
